my tranny shifts a lil too hard

my tranny shifts a lil too hard

ok i think its goin out but not sure. it downshifts hard when gas is pushed down and upshifts hard and takes forever too. sometimes it wont even go into drive so i knock it into neutrol then down to drive and she stalls?? im doing a filter fluid service this weekend to see if it helps its got the DOHC v-6 in it which i think is the VE30 any advice at all would be great

1. check your fluid.
2. check your fluid.
3. save for tranny rebuild because you didn't do above on a regular basis.

ouch... that doesnt sound good.. get either ready to get a rebuild or get a donor tranny for a temp fix
