Your car looks very nice and I have to say that I appreciate that you aren't screwing around with lots of strange aftermarket stuff, just keeping with Nissan equipment, even if it's not available here.

I have a few questions about your wheels.

How hard is it to get a set?

How much do they cost?

I would like to get a set, only not staggered. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Skyliner, i saw your ride. nice. black and simple and bad-as$. i like that you have the 4th gen SE stockies on it. the 5-spoke nissan wheels are an attractive complement to your setup. it would look superior with R32 rims.

Red92MaxSE and Skyliner and all thus far:

some information for you guys >>> try this man first --i purchased my wheels from a shop in the UK via this man: R33busaMan@aol.com
his name is Hans. he is legit and does honest business. the wheels were $1100 for a full set of R32 GTR rims. that price may have changed, so do not count on it being the same. that price included shipping to my front door. it took a while, so do not be too impatient. i have not spoken with him in months, so i have no idea of availability. i plan to purchase R33 GTR rims from him in the not so distant future.

if that does not pan out, then try Robb. he is in washington state. he may be able to locate a set through his connections there. i bought a set of R32 GTS-t front calipers, rotors, lines, sil plates, steering wheel from him. all from skyline. he is at robb@agrandaffaire.com

R32 wheels, particularly the GTRs, are becoming harder to find, so jump on board as soon as you are able. that is why i have a complete set and a staggered set. and make sure you get the centercaps. those are easily lost and difficult to locate.

just be aware that, more than likely, you will be getting rims from overseas, so be be patient. the guys i listed here are honest men, and i fully and completely trust them.

if those do not happen for you, do what i did initially and haunt the skylinesdownunder and skylinesaustralia forums and start your process there.

I might check out the guy in WA, since I'm in Oregon. It might be tough to convince my wife that I need new wheels for $1100, since my current stock wheels and tires (along with my 2nd set of wheels and snow tires) are like new.

I really appreciate the input.

input is no prob.

the GTS-t's, the 16 x 6.5s, which are beautiful, are not as expensive and easier to locate. a full set of those, the gold/bronze types, typically are not over USD$500. those also come in silver. and you can always powder-coat them anything you want.

you can find those on www.skylinesdownunder.com if you make it a focus of repeat visits and tracking the classifieds. even if you find some that have sold, the seller may be able to get them again. i often find that i can buy two of something from someone, and then the other two from someone else. witih GTS-t's, for some reason, this is often the case.

found some already >>>R32 GTR. ok. they are only a pair (remember what i said about how these will often be in pairs rather than sets of 4?):

keep aware that there is an exchange rate between UDS and AUSD. the USD is strong against the AUSD, like by almost a factor of 2, i think.
