Has anyone changed the temperature sensor harness before? i found out that the erratic idling i was having was being caused by the harness connection, the connector boot is completely destroyed cuz of age...if i press the harness in lightly, the car comes back to normal RPMs and radiator fans turn on, but if i pull slightly, engine goes on high RPM and radiator fans dont switch on anymore...

ECU again gave a code 13...engine temp sensor. i will try cleaning the connector pins and see what happens.
