Cruise Control not working?

Heres the deal, I want to buy this used 90 Maxima but the owner says the cruise control doesn't work and the rear window does not work. How mmuch does it cost to fix these problems? Would you guys purchase one with these problems. Thanks

Re: Cruise Control not working?

If thats all thats wrong with the car then thats nothing major. The rear window is more than likely the regulator which is a common problem with our cars. To be honest with you I dont even know if my cruise control works because I never even tried it. If you dont mind me asking how much are you paying for it?

How much? As for the rear window, that is an easy $60.00 fix. The cruise control could be as simple as a rotted vacumn line (that is what happened on my '91 Sentra) Real easy to fix.

actually it's 30-89MPH (48 to 144 km/h) according to the Owner's Manual (section 4-11 in my 93 manual)

but like others mentioned, it seems to go up to the low/mid 90s
