Is there any way to take off the black or clear plastic covering that is in between the tail lights? I don't know what it is called but it's that piece that says Maxima on it that is connected to the trunk. I was getting the idea that maybe I could mount a dull blacklight in there somewhere and then paint the maxima letters with a black light paint so that they would glow when the light was on.

 

I was getting alot of rattle from this "thing" and one you remove the liner there are 10 or so small bolts. take these off and i think you can acsess it there?
