They are regular looking suspensions with a circular collar over the strut. You can adjust them to go up and down.

so if I purchase a set, I two up front, and two in the rear? as well as strut bars. so I can adjust these to ride low, or ride stock as I please?

Most coil overs are adjustable about 4 inches. So yes. You can go from stock to slammed 4 inches. Which would look totally bad *** at a show or something. Strut and sway bars with these would make the best handling Max created(**** that beam suspension crap)

everyone says that eibachs are really good. i got intrax because they made the lowest drop: 1.75". arospeed makes a 1.75" drop also but i havent heard anything about their quality. i dont think anyone here has them.

Cattman Performance is looking for a good rear outer adjustable strut to put in his coil overs for 3rd gens. I wouldn't mind just cutting the rear thing and putting in a adjustable unit in there but I don't know if that would work. I'd leave them on 3/4 firm anyways..

when you dropped it 1.75" you had to get a camber thingy didn't you? how much was that? also, how's the ride with it that low, have you had any problems with curbs, etc, and is it bumpy?

i havent gotten a camber kit yet. im only getting the front done because the back is fine. the kit is like $30 from specialty products. http://www.specprod.com i dont know about cost with them installed. the ride is a little more bumpy than stock and they handle good. i havent bottomed out or anything like that, but if your gonna go in a steep driveway go slow. i sometimes scrape the front end on steep driveways. the roads here in dallas are pretty good so i dont really have to worry about pot holes, etc. some have complaints of intrx being "soft" but mine are fine. probably less firm than eibachs though. also youre choice of shocks will affect the ride as well. i still have stock struts but soon to get tokico.

I'm jumping in on the thread late, so the questions have been answered. But, you can still check out the pics of the TEIN Type HA coilovers (not for the MAxima.. for the Z, though). CLick on the above picture.
