Lift Points?

Lift Points?

does any one have the a pic or anything that tells you where the lift points are use a 2ton jack and jack stands?

for the jackstands, i usually put them on that little rail. there should be like an intenditon where it's recessed in a "triangle"

use the front edge of the frame rails just behind each front wheel. on the rear, there's a bracket at the front end of the radius rod that works very well.

if you've got a big jack, you can also use the small "skid plate" just under the front bumper. there's another between the rear wheels just in front of the sway bar. great places to jack up the whole front or back end at once. it's usually what I use, then slide jack stands under the frame rail when I'm working underneath.

had a one ton jack and didn't use a proper jack location and now my floor board on my drivers side of the car is slightly raised on the inside!!!
