5spd is almost ready to go. Hope to drive tommarrow.
Hey guys!
My White 92 SE 5spd is almost complete. There are only 2 things left to do:
1. Fill with Gear Oil (I am going to buy some 1.79 Valvoline to use at first, then I might switch to the AmsOil I bought earlier. I'd rather not have something come up and have to replace the amsoil.
2. I somehow (I have absolutely no Idea how) lost the hose that goes from the valve cover tube to the intake. I'm going to pick up another tommarrow.
Well then I need to call the Insurance Company, and move the Mustang out of the way, but then I can take it for a spin!!!
The only thing I'm kind of worried about is the clutch pedal, I just want to make sure its depresing all the way, I know its releasing correctly. I just want to make sure its setup properly so I dont have to worry about possibily messing up the clutch.
I also need to get a new starter as I busted the stud off my old one, I did however manage to get about 1/2 of a thread or so connected (or atleast it looks that way), but I made sure it wasnt going to get loose. I need to replace it anyway as a safety precaution.
After driving it abit I'll probably check the plugs and adjust as needed, see if I can notice a difference (not likely) and then run some seafoam threw it as well.
Just wanted to share the news
