Window actuators?

Ok Guys I'm new in here
I searched "window actuators" but not a whole lot came up and certainly nothin I could use

My friend has a 90 max with pwr windows and locks.
This seems to be a pretty common problem but his window all of a sudden fell down one day and wouldn't come back up again.
A mechanic told him it was this "window actuators"

So is there a illustrated web page that walks you thru on how to fix this or is a some kind of diffrent problem.

Hes already ordered the new actuators I just don't know about how to install them.

Thanks in advance
andy

See here: http://www.prism.gatech.edu/~gte671n/mymax.html

The correct term is "Window Regulator" for the Max.

Good luck.

Probably not. Some people like the word "actuator" better than "regulator." It should be one and the same.

Let us know how it turns out when finished. Nothing better than a successful story.
