On my 93 GLE, the transmission as replaced with a new auto transmission (Nissan 31020-27x62) and radiator. At 78 mph the enginee is at 2500 rpm, which enginee seems to be purring very slow. Has the gear ratio been changed? What are other enginees turning at when traveling 78 mph on a flat road?
The car seems to be getting better high way gas mileage, but a little bit less in the city.
