Horsepower chip for maximas

I was surfing ebay, again. I came across an inexpensive way to increase horse power. As skeptical as I am I thought I'd post this thread. Has anyone attempted to install this mod? If so, what were the results? -> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2433929804
