Ok, I finally got my car back together and got an ecu that is programmed for the turbo injectors. I tried starting it and it started fine but only ran for about 1 second. It would idle a little under 1000 rpm for that second and sounded smooth but would instantly die. Any ideas what could be causing this?

 

could an intake manifold gasket leak do this?

 

well i got it started after unplugging the safc-2... not good... oh well.

I can't seem to figure out what is going on. It definately sounds like timing is off so I need to get a timing light and see what it is doing. I however am positive that the cam timing is perfect and I'm pretty sure the distributer is lined up correctly. well i swapped out the injectors to the stock maxima ones and my car now runs... mostly. there are still a few things i need to sort out to get it running like normal. i wish our injectors were a bit bigger because with these injectors that means no boost for me...
