Engine Question about a 90 SE
#1
I went out today to start it and hit the remote start button, it did not start. i got in and turned it with the key and the battery was fine but it would not "catch hold" i tried for 5 mopre mins stopped and tried again and it started. It was runing really rough, and the rpm gage was flopping between 0 and 1.5. It died less than a half mile down a slow road. I started it again and took off and another half mile it died again. Once again i started it and after that it ran a little rough but it smoothed out and is running fine now? What is going on with my car? Is it serious?

Yea I'll get a better one this year. That was a photo that I scanned, it didn't turn out very well kinda blurry. Speaking of autoXing I'm going this weekend, it's gonna be cold high of 49 degrees. Anybody around the Wichita kansas area can cone, it's at the Boeing parking lot

They do that here in Omaha too (auto x)...I like to watch more than race in those, mainly because i laugh at the peeps that f**k up!!..But Kansas state line is about 2.5 hours drive from here (going 80-85mph)

Hey Bud. Have U checked your distribitor cap?? It may have a slight crack in it and moisture from wet weather can get in there and make your car play up bad. Take your leads off it and take the cap off and check. How old R your leads?? U might need new ones too. I still have my old one in but I know that I will need to change them soon plus Im adding 3 new injectors to make mine all new together. (I had 1, 3 and 6 replaced in Septmeber last year.) So its time for 2, 4 and 5. Let me know how it is going? Oh I love your site man, well done I signed your guest book.
