Is it me, or is this car a 5-speed?

I have been looking for a gold max 5-speed with black leather (I had one just like it, but traded it in) and I spotted this on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2436436455

The ad says it's an automatic, but in the photo it looks like a 5-speed. I can't tell and the guy still hasn't answered my email. Kinda shady since he has "0" feedback, too.

thanks

Yes that car is a 5 speed, so either its just listed wrong or thats not the car he will be sending. (which would be real shady)

Ah, he finally returned my email. He said the car is a stick, but he didn't know how to change the listing. I also asked him if it sounded like the lifters were sticking when you first start the car (VTC) and he said no, it makes no noises on start up.

okay, so let me get this straight.. you're going to post an ebay auction of a VE 5 spd that's REALLY freakin cheap and ask what we all think about it.... while there are probably 50 people looking at this post thinking "Hey... here's my chance to get a cheap max by sniping this auction!"

am I making sense? (DON'T POST EBAY AUCTIONS HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT THE PRICE RUN UP ON THEM!)
