My first tranny was vary hard to shift from 1st to 2nd and i replaced it with a used tranny and it does the same thing????? Anyone have an Idea of what could be wrong?

did you replace the clutch, master, slave cylinder, bleed the sytem, ajust the clutch pedal it sounds like the cluch isnt disengaging all the way and one of the items i listed is the problem so start checking but i would bleed the system first

 

Does it make you feel like a big shot correcting people's spelling errors?

 

it sounds like its just not adjusted correctly. do what the other poster said and make sure it was done right.
