Just finished cleaning and re-installing the throttle body on my 90 Maxima for the first time. Now, I have a engine cooling hose that I can't figure where it goes.

My Haynes Repair Manual has no pictures or diagrams of this hose. Please help me find where this hose connects to. Obviously, I can't find an the hose that this connects to.

The unconnected end is actually a metal pipe about a 1/4" in diameter and about 3" long. At the other end of the unconnected pipe is the hose that eventually connects to the rectangler piece at the upper right hand corner the air intake collector from below. Sorry, I don't have a digital camera or I post them here. But if a had a camera, I wouldn' feel so lame right now and would have taken pictures before I started.

Please shed some light to confusion.

The pipe is attached to a rubber hose, which eventually connects to: "At the other end of the unconnected pipe is the hose that eventually connects to the rectangler piece at the upper right hand corner the air intake collector from below."

I'm not sure what to tel you, I'll look at my Max. tomorrow after SAT 1 testing, but for now I suggest the Chilton:

The Chilton site is a great resource, but has no specific details about the hoses connections. Somebody please bail me out of this embar"***"ment.
