Bad Startup Sound...

I have a 1992 Nissan Maxima GXE. When I start the Maxima up, it doesn't sound that nice... I want it to sound like a smooth NEW sound...
So... if I were to get a new ignition distributor module, would it give that smooth NEW sound?...

The sound I am talking about is something similar to my Honda (example)... Its a 2002, and when I start it up, it sounds like it's not struggling to start... I don't know how else to explain it, hope that helps...

I'd think that start-up sound would be more mechanical that electronic. Hence my belief you would have to look at the starter at being the culprit of that sound.

I have owned two 3rd gens, and my friends had a few. They all sounded like that, and yes I hated that start up sound. My sister's Camry on the other hand, had that smoth turn over, but hey, that's what makes a max, a MAX.
