calling all experts!!!!

here"s the situation my max has been in the shop 4 a month i am getting the tranny rebuilt i have a 5spd. also i was getting both exhaust manifolds gaskets fixed. now heres the problem the guy who fixing it said two bolts on the manifolds were stuck so he said he would have 2 pull the engine out. so when he pulled the engine out he said he noticed a oil leak he said it was the seals by the timing belt. so he replaced the seals timing belt and water pump but when i went there he had my intake manifold out.so 2 make a long story short he just called and said that my car is ready but the only thing is that the car is throwing a lot of fuel out and my injectors have a ground so there working all the time.now is he lying to me or what could be causing that. he said he called a elictrician 2 check it out. please help me out. i need my car back

I guess the real question here is, was the car having fuel delivery issues before all this work?

If not why should you pay to fix something he probably screwed up while pulling or reinstalling the engine.
