smoking corners?

how should i smoke them? There is spary paint at nopionline for like 22 bucks but i dont know how will that look. WHen i want to smoke them i just want it barely...not like black. I have bimmer lights for the clears really stand out from the rest of the car. I was thinking of taking it apart and making it black inside but how will that look? Some suggestions?

the tint spray shouldn't cost $22. i got a can for $10 at a local rice shop
i did mine in an hour and i'm happy with the way they turned out.

it's easy just take your time and apply thin/light coats.

they compliment the car sooo much more now that i have the e-36 lights

yeah like the other guys have said (thanks guys) I can do them for you. I do it with clear and paint mixed in so it will not fade like if you did it with spray tint...plus I sand it down and buff it so that it doesnt look like it was even sprayed...just nice and slick.

also with spray tint it will be too dark IMO...and if you do it light it will look yellow. Trust me on this last part because I did this before I got my UK corners and before I figured out how to tint them correctly.

We are talking professional paint and actual clear versus cheap tint spray...no comparrison and not that much more money at that. I wouldnt charge as much as I do if clear and paint wasnt so expensive.

BUT if you do it just take your time and you should be ok.

i agree with awsm66. the tint spray does look fubared sometimes. mine do look a little brownish sometimes. it's annoying but i don't care enough to redo them properly.
