trunk problems

I got the strap of a bag stuck in my trunk, and now it won't open. When i hit the trunk pop, it sounds like it tries to pop open, but it doesnt. The key also isn't working. Is there any other way than taking out the back seats to get my trunk to open?

get someone to try to open the trunk while you press the trunk release button...if not, take the back seat out. good luck

I had the exact same problem yesterday, only worse.

I shaved my trunk lid light and keyhole, then tried to tighten the latch down so the trunk wouldnt vibrate as much from my stereo. Also I have a 3 cubic foot ported enclosure taking up 80% of the trunk. So I took the back seat off and manuevered my scrawny little body between the box and the razor sharp metal edge and took those bolts off. It sucked.

I didn't have this problem But I am looking for the cover that goes over the bottom of the trunk. Any suggestions?
