When i bought the car i had no horn, i found that it was missing a relay, (the one for the horn). Also the day i bought it, someone must have played with my code panel, i left work at about misnight and the anti-thft had been enabled. I couldnt do a thing apart from **** to neutral and get my buddy to tow me home. We tried all the things the dealership told us to disable it, but i just had it towed to a shop and had the electrician cut out disable it. My brights were flashin but no horn ,due to the fact i had no relay.

Well after this, we got the car back and i went and picked up a new relay from another max at the junkyard. When i put it in, it did nothing. i tested it and it worked fine. I am hoping that it was nothing to do with the anti theft and cutting it away.

If anyone has any clues as to whatis wrong with it, please tell.

 

i just tested the relay socket with a voltmeter, and when the horn buttons are pushed i have no power at all. not a thing.

Any Clues?
