o2 sensor plug, where it be?

It's dark outside, I dont have a flash light, and I dont have hood struts. Not a good working environment.

But anyways.......

Where is the plug at that is in the engine bay? Like, the wires run from the o2 sensor itself and then into a plug somewhere. But where is the plug?

Thanks

IIRC you get to it from under the car, I dont think I even had my hood open when I was swapping out O2 sensors.

if ya haven't found it yet.
it's located on the center beam which runs parallel to the y-pipe. it's the female end of the harness/plug which clips into the side of the beam. be careful when you're messing with it though because when i changed my o2 sensor i broke the clip on the harness and ended up having to zip-tie the damn thing back to the beam. it's not that big a deal.....but my car has way too many zip-ties holding **** together.

Some guys use zip-ties to hold things together and I've seen people use electrical tape just for about anything.

I used all my duct tape on my intake (ok not really)

Duct tape makes better belts though (engine belts that is)

it's on the exhuast pipe in the y-pipe area. go to the front passenger side and look down and you'll see it, it's there with a goofy looking long wire. becareful when you're messing around with that thing cuz it's very rusty down there, if you're putting too much pressure on the 02 to loosen it, chances are you might damage your pipe. I think I am just gonna change the entire y-pipe to warspeed when i get a chance cuz that darn thing is dead stuck down there.

I guess thats one of the advantages of driving a 4x4, you can get under the car

I can't even fit most jacks underneath my side skirts
