SE-r pads on a 3rd gen.

hey i was just hoping someone here could tell me if SE-R pads would mach up with our 3rd gen because the nissan dealer is selling sets of NISMO pads for SE-R
im not sure what they are made of ... probly. part ceramic if not full
they looked like 3rd gen pads and they would fit, but m not sure and the diks at the dealer wouldn't cross reference the 2 types of pads becasue he said their not for my car..
so anyhelp on this matter would help for when i change out my pads

thanx

uhhhh 1... why? Axxis pads are freakin cheap, and they work great.
same with Wagners, Bendix, Raybestos, and performance friction.

2. if the backing plate pattern matches up, then they'll fit. it wouldn't surprise me if they did fit, but nissan won't say so because it's not their job.

Chris, I'm curious why you want to use SE-R pads on a 3rd Gen in the first place??

a 2000-2003 SE-R the pad look the same but they come with a *fancy nismo box* and say nismo on the pads!!!! (hehe) + there is a cut through the middel of them that distributes power better
it depends how much they cost and what they are made of, im going back to the nissan dealer this weekend and ill pick a pair up if they match up. then i can say i rock nismo brakes

axis pad are really that good huh? i have only heard good things about them

off topic:
-tokico suspention:::-- Has any one ever done a tokico strut exchange with Nopi?? i sent out a dead rear strut last tuesday (2-3 day shippin) and i havent herd anything, wtf is taking them so long? do they have to send the strut to tokico?!
i cant wait anylonger!!!!!!!

wow i have maaad posts , i just looked up an old one, and it said " HOW TO DO DONUTS IN REVERSE" LOL wtf is wrong with me...i love reading old posts.. im sure theres better ones out there too

The 2000 sentra SE (not sure about R) takes the same front AND rear pads as the 92-94 max
