I just replaced my alternator and battery, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be holding a charge at all. It only lasts a few hours and never lasts over night. Everything was fine when I first put it in, but now it rarely holds a charge. Is the battery bad or is there something else I should check?

 

Have your altenator checked and make sure you dont have any wires grounded out.

 

The car runs fine when it is started and produces enough power to power my 1000watt plus stereo without a problem. Do you still think it may be the alternator or a ground out problem?

 

Check for a draw with the car off.
