New Spark Plugs & Problem

New Spark Plugs & Problem
What's up guys. I bought new NGK BKR6E-11 V-Power copper plugs the other day and installed them today. I took the old ones out which looked like that hadn't been changed in a very long time.
So I put the new plugs in with anti-sieze around the threads. I then torque them to 20 pounds. I go to start the car and it starts up fine, only when I sit in it and grab the wheel it seems to be idling slightly rougher than it previously did with the old plugs. The car always had a tiny bit of a rough idle, but it seems worse with these new plugs. How is this possible?
When I was working on getting em in, I left 2 of the plugs(in their boxes) lying on their sides on the right strut tower. Well it just so happens the wind blew my hood shut with the plugs still there. Nothing seemed to have been damaged though, no dent in the underside of the hood, just the cardboard boxes around those 2 plugs got pushed in a bit. Plugs looked fine, if anything was hit it would have been the metal nut on the spark plug but like I said the plugs were fine.
Do you think those 2 plugs could have been damaged? I highly doubt it. I know that all cylinders are firing because it's not running that rough, just slightly more so than before. As if it has a little miss every so often.
Another thing I should note is that I didn't change the wires, they are Yakazi wires that look to be in good shape. But still, just changing plugs shouldn't make the idle rougher, right?
Any ideas? Sorry the post was so long.

I just checked my owners manual, the gap is supposed to be 0.039 to 0.043. I checked NGK.com and the plugs I got are indeed pregapped at 0.044.
I guess I'll regap them and see if that helps. Thanks guys.

that should help the idle a bit.. they're supposed to come pre-gapped, but obviously it doesn't match our cars.
ALWAYS check the gap on your plugs when you install new ones. They could have been dropped or damaged anywhere along the line between Japan and your garage. (and that's a LONG line!) think of how many times those plugs are handled before you get your hands on them.
pre-gapped? probably not anymore.
