I saw somewhere someone use vinyl to dress up their dash because it is removalbe etc etc. I really like that idea, but don't know where I can find sheets of the stuff. Also, what would look good on a black max? Should I just leave it alone.
Thanks
RB

yea...

I am thinking of doing that too... since you can remove the vinyl... the hardest thing would probably be making it stick perfectly and cutting it out right so it doesn't look screwed up....

I dunno where to find it, i'm gonna try pepboys and autozone see what they got.

companies sell kits of that purposely for interiors. but they are not easy at all to install. in fact, they are incredibly hard to do and usually turn out like crap. i tried it on my car before painting.it. it took me an hour to do just around the gauge cluster because everything is so curved and you have to heat shrink it all, which is a pain. and it doesnt look good in the center dashboard because on the max its really textured so the vynil doesnt stick good. and i consider myself really good in vynil applications, but you guys should try it first if you dont like the idea of painting your interior.
