front end

I put a new trans in my 90 maxima and i did not replace the clip on the axle . I have some noise in the front end i think the support bearing is bad. And the drivers side axle is wiggley were slide joint slips into tranny is this norrmal or is it due to using old circlip ?????

Make sure the axle is in all the way. That clip is there to help keep it in the trans and there have been times when that clip doesn't come out with the axle and thats when you start to have problems. Using it over again shouldn't be a problem. Saying you have a noise in the front end really isn't providing enough info a noise can be from anything.
