Transmission rebuilt

Does anyone know a really competent mechanic that can rebuild the tranny for my auto 94 GXE? Around how much do you think it'll come out to?

u would have to go around ur area and get prices from shops. be expecting to pay between $1,200 - $2,000. if not go to a local junkyard and try to find a used tranny for ur car and just swap it out. thats what i did and i got my tranny off of a '94 with a 64,000 miles on it. its cheaper like that than getting rebuilt. sometimes or maybe even most of the time our tranny's are garbage after they r rebuilt. good luck though.
