Odometer sticking!!!

My trip meter and odemeter have been sticking lately. It has been somewhat cold here in Ga, any ideas on why this could be happening. Just started happening this week. When I hit the trip reset button it starts moving again. Any ideas on how to fix problem?

TIA,

Henri
