HELP, automatic shifter problem

Recently, my car has been really stiff when shifting from park to reverse, and drive. It also has trouble getting into drive, it sometimes only goes to neutral and i have to push it back hard to get into drive. Also sometimes when i'm sitting idle, the shifter makes a strange clicking/grinding noise?? what the hell could be wrong??

yep..what he said..shifter bushings..if you can't replace them just yet, you can get it into drive by going all the way down into 2nd or 1st and then into drive..
