rear sway bar

i had my rear struts done at a place down the street and they removed my rear sway bar but the didnt put it back on, so when i went back there they denied not putting it back on, and they claim they dont have the rear sway bar anymore, so i'm looking for a rear sway bar for a gxe 90 for sale cheap. Anyone have an extra one hanging around by anychance? I'm in the boston area so if you're near by i could come pick it up no prob. I cant afford to buy a new one at the moment. If any of you guys could help me that'd be great, i'm sick of swaying on the highway!! thanks

just buy an addco or suspension techniques one and get it over with. Ask MrGone, he swears by his ST bar. You really should **** and moan until you get yours back or money for it, that is BS, IMO.

hahahah, I have James RSB. I didnt know that you were driving around with out one though lol.

Maybe you can still get on that group deal for the addco? If you need a stock one, KLoWnPR109 is selling one, really good timing I might add.

I bought the Addco and it will be on my car shortly. Having a sway bar helps your car stay on the right path by reducing understeer. Too much understeer may be a potentially dangerous situation when you do not know how to counter act it. That's why you should give the place hell for taking yours off and not putting it back on.

If they refuse, have them buy you an ST or an Addco one. There's a GD for the Addco bar right now for $105 shipped. Not sure if it is still open for new orders though.

If you really want just a stock sway bar, you could probably find one off an SE for cheap at any junkyard...

Quit goofin' off then, Shawn, and cut the man a deal!

And Anthony, you'd do well to get some professional (read - LEGAL) assistance on this one. They probably aren't going to budge on their stance with simple complaining and such. Either that, or I can send some of MY professional (read - really big guys with bats/automatic weaponry) assistance your way...

Food for thought.

Yes, lethal. They changed his cars handling characteristics without telling him.
Thereby making it very easy for him to miscalculate and lose his rear and kill/maim somebody.
of course that is a worst case scenario and assumes that he doesn't know how to adapt his driving

Oh nah dude it wasnt on my car anyway..

it was sitting in my garage cuz I've got broken endlinks and never fixed em..

I'm also too lazy anytime soon to fix them so I wont be needing a RSB anytime soon either... I'm not missin it lol
