89 Max-Right High Beam Problem

I've got an 89 Max with a passenger side high beam problem, low beam works fine but when the high beams are on the right bulb goes out completely. The drivers side low and high beam work fine. The bulb has been replaced and when connecting a volt meter to the high beam wire at the wire harness I get 12VDC (when high beam is on), but a test bulb lights dim on this same wire. Possible low current? Can anyone assist on a fix???

you might need a new combo switch. I had that problem on my car. I think it was the right side too.

I got the combo switch for 73$ at the Nissan Dealer
