Stuttering under load

Ok, i cant seem to figure out what is wrong with my car....i thought it was plugs or wires but i changed them all and it still has this problem. its lacking power and stutters under load, and even at idle its very rough. feels like a misfire or something. it was intermittant before, sometimes going away. but now after changing the plugs and wires its constant. any clue as to what it could be?

hmm... kind of sound like a vacuum leak. my car was doing the same thing a week a go or so. i just check the vacuum lines that i though were bad and fixed them. first place to wheck would be the egr valve. that seems to be causing a bit of trouble with a lot of people lately.

Well it doesnt really seem to be vaccum related that i can tell. The EGR is fine...i double checked the plugs and made sure the gapping was correct, i even messed with the o2 sensor making sure it was clean after reading that it was the cause of another persons problem. i cant seem to figure it out what is wrong.

This is a common problem with the vg, mine does it every 3 out of 10 times i start the car. I have found that if i turn it off count to 5 and start it again it runs fine . but with all the people i see on here ,just about every week. We need to figure this out already , i know someone here has fixed this completely. also i have replaced about every component related to this problem.

I have the same problem and i thinkit's ECU related. Like you said if I shut it off and let it sit for a second it runs fine. BUt, if i try to drive without doing this it wants to stall when i put it into gear.
