big problem

big problem

ok here is the deal, my car would start fine, but after driving for like 15-20min, if i turn the car off it would not start. but if i pull the fuse for the fuel pump, and try to start it, then i put the fuse back in the car would start fine, can anyone help me with this problem?

Check your fuel pump relay.
It may be malfunctioning.
But that admittedly is just a guess

It would ask on the 4th gen forums, since problems with a 99 are probably different than a 3rd gen car. Even though you might get help here, there is probably someone with the same problem on the same car that can point you in the right direction.

i have a 92 also, and my 92 is the one that is giving me the problem thats why i posted in here....

I was having the exact same problem a few months ago...i did ECU diagnostics...it said bad engine temperature sensor. after putting in new temp sensor the problem has never happened again. the sensor was like 9 bucks at Nissan.

It sounds like your car is overheating or atleast the ecu thinks its overheating. Start by checking that out first.
