engine/exhaust mods

i was wondering what extra gains i would see from replacing the whole exhaust rather than just the y pipe. also if there is a big difference between a hybrid intake and a cold air intake in performance gains.

guesstimate

exact numbers i cannot say. i can only give you a qualitative opinion: it makes a big difference. before my whole exhaust system was replaced, i had no mid to top end on the VG. but good, albeit brief, bottom. now, i have slightly lost a couple of millimeters of bottom end, so to speak, but gained mid, especially top, end torque. i have the cattman CAI and it is complimentary to the exhaust system.
