I talked to a Nissan technician previously and he said do not use Bosch. This is especially for VE and VQ engines with coil packs, but I would go ahead and stay away from them with VG, too.

My recommendation is to use the NGK, as they are the same OEM spark plugs. You can use platinum or coppers (like MrGone) but remember that you have to change the coppers out more frequently.

Run with the NGK's!

Bosch plugs were horrible on my '90 Max! I've tried the Platinum +4's ($$$!) for a couple of years and thought my car was just getting old. It ran rough and seemed to have less throttle response (torque) until I swapped 'em out for some far cheaper NGK's. Now, I've got my power back and the motor runs much smoother. I can't believe it was the freakin' plugs!
