Car looks good. My first 92 SE was that color and it is one of my favorites. You should keep it that color.

Once you start to fix/mod your car, you can't stop. It's like some kind of sickness (Modificationitis?) I think most of us have it

Soon you will know very well the difference between a VG and a VE.

yes. and the learning will continue. just remember that in 92 they introduced the VE for the SE model; the GXE retained the VG. that year as well saw the introduction of different trim for the grille and rear light/trunk reflector thing. the more you navigate this org, the more you will see the differences. soon, the differences will so obvious that you will not think about it.

it is all good, no matter what has been going on. i have over 900 posts and a couple of years on here and, at times, feel that i am barely a notch above an idiot. the more i learn on here, the less i realize i know. and that is part of the fun.

i don't understand the meaning of the snowman smiley, but i will use it here:

gilroy, as a rule of thumb, stay away from any extraneous car bodily adornments that you would see young gangbangers using on hondas. like stickers, too many badges, altezza style aftermarket stuff, orange vinyl seats, huge wings, just anything gay and tacky. the term to sum it up has become "rice." and that is open season for flaming.

johnnyo319, thanks for the props. i know 1000 is a small number compared to some of these other guys on here. DA-MAX has over 10,000. but 1000 is a first org milestone for me personally. thanks, dude.

oh yes. look at any modified honda tomorrow or whenever: nine times out of ten, it looks like a lowered ice cream truck with a wing. then look at the driver. it seems that all of these hondas are driven by the same guy, and the other same guy is riding shotgun. and he probably has a .38 under the seat with an axe handle.

As i pulled out of my school parking lot, i really noticed what you meant by all that stuff. It was like every other Honda had the same crap on it.

right. there are exceptions to the honda thing, but not many. most honda people either cannot afford to do it right, or they lack the acumen mentally to understand taste from tasteless.

also, some CAN afford to do it "right," but they spend the money on tasteless things. so they parade around how loaded they are, revealing, too, that they are clueless.

Alright...I designed a rough draft of what the interior of my car would look like. I want to have a few Neon lights in there. Could someone answer these questions so that i dont end up looking like the young gangbangers with hondas.

-How many should I get?
-Whats the min. number i should get?
-Where should i put them?

If you could give me a straight answer, it would be helpful.

well. i don't like that idea because i would not do it. but you are you. and that is what you want.

the biggest problem with that is glare. and legality. i think a cop would pull you over in a new york minute with what you envision. unless this is for showing in a parking lot, ie, the car is parked with doors open, i would scrap the idea. you're not seriously considering driving with neon lights on are you?

try installing I.C.E. stuff instead, as you are in that realm of thinking: install 4 or 5 flat-screen tv's with PS2 on them. i still don't like that skool, as it is getting dub chromie gangsta, but i find it more tolerable.

bear in mind that you are really tilling the soil for a flaming. not by me, as i have made my peace with that issue, mostly, but others are not so nice.

Well I guess technically the Torque Converter is like the clutch/pressure plate.
The Flywheel on an auto is the Flex Plate
