starter problems, take a look please

hey guys, my old starter ended up dying on me, started griding starts for about 2 days then just went. I have another that i put in, and now this one grinds in the morning, its cold here right now to, but then after i drive it during the day it wont grind till i leave the car off for a while, any suggestions ?? New starter or is it something else messing up the starter ??

thanks a bunch

Did you replace the first starter with a used starter, or rebuilt, or a new one? If it was a used one, I'd go looking for a rebuilt or new. f it was a rebuilt or new, and you're having the same problem it might be that you're missing teeth on your flywheel, but I'm just guessing.
