Wow, just got these in the mail today. Wonderful packaging, not like it would matter, these things are built to last. It pretty much feels like all one piece of metal. I'm pretty excited to get these things on and eliminate the titanic maxima feeling. Any of you who havn't gotten your rsb links and L-brackets reinforced for your addco or st sway bar, I'd go to matt and get the ultimate replacements.

Sorry it's taken so long man.. the endlinks were on backorder from every place in the country. I FINALLY got them in the mail today.. I should be shiping out bars by early next week. tomorrow's mission is to get the rest of the stuff put together for them.

 

Wow, it's review time:
Install: These things are very easy to install as long as you don't have a previous bracket in the first place. After sawzall'ing off the major part of the bracket and grinding the rest wasn't so bad.

Self-tapping screws are neato, just make sure you have the correct pilot hole which is made with a 7/32" bit. I'm glad i was notified this before i started guessing because those self-tapping screws are a bit picky. I ended up using a 3/8" socket bit to drill those in. The rest is self-explanitory with the 14mm socket. Make sure those u-bracket bushings are still nice and greased because the last thing you want to do is get under that bar again to fix that squeeky annoyance.

Tips: Jack up the car and take off the wheels, way easier to cut off old brackets this way. If you havn't already done this, you may want to file the inside holes of the u-brackets supplied by addco to match with the holes provided with Matt's piece. Please remember which way the L-brackets face, this does matter.

Summary: Very well built, I compared the two links and heim joints and I must say that I don't think there will be any problems with the links here on out. They do look pretty and some of the zinc matches the addco's stuff, in case u cared.... Patience is a must don't drill too many holes in your frame because you didn't have the time to match up the L-bracket to check.

Jack, were the holes too close or far apart on the bushings for the Addco?

They fit into my ST holes perfectly. I know they're slightly wider than the OE hole spacing, but on the OE brackets the STs had a problem with smashing washers and stuff in there- I thought I'd alleviate that a bit... guess I went a little too far.

 

Mine will be here today.

 

Got mine today and they look very sexy. I'll check back again once installed.

The holes on the U-bracket were too squished even for the stock rsb link... it might have been just my addco u-bracket but who knows...
