Exhaust suggestions...

My muffler expanded to about twice its normal size today after i finally got my water pump fixed....(a whole 'nother story)...

Anyways, I'm thinking about replacing the full exhaust, but I'm open to suggestions....Keep in mind that I'm not rich or loaded, and I'm not trying to spend a whole bunch of money. I like the stock sound or something close to it. The LAST THING I want my Max to do is sound like a go-kart/lawnmower. Anyways, let me know what's good, what works, and what you suggest. Thanks!!!

Cheap is a bad word...Cheap says "on its last leg" to me... What I DON'T wanna do is spend $1000 on something...One of my boys (a Honda mod freak) says that we should be able to find something for around $300. I love my Max, so I'd imagine spending a little bit more on it, but I want it fixed closer to now and not later, so I can't be saving up forever. I REALLY wanna stay below $500, but can understand if it gets close to that...Hope this helps

I don't want the "latest greatest" Max-i-rice setup, just want something nice that doesn't sound like me blowing air through a coffee stirrer (what it sounds like now). Any help is appreciated!

if you want a performance look at a warpseed y, and b pipe and add on a stock muffler. they will boost power and if you add a resonator it should take care of any drone.

I was quoted $200 for mine, ended up getting it done for $50 sans muffler.

What kind of a set-up did that get you? like a 2.25 or 2.5 cat-back?
