i am hoping to buy a set of r34 rims for my max... yes yes i know 18 x 9 30 mm offset 245/40/18 seems like it won't fit. i have to try though.. i love the rims so much.. has anyone here put rims similar to these on their car? does anyone have any idea if we can some how cut the fender liner or do something to fit these rims for sure? does any one have any experience fitting larger wheels on to their max? does any one think i should shut up? lol thank you for your advice guys.

 

9" is gonna be killer. Are you 100% sure they are 9" and not 8"? My rims are 17x8" with 30-32mm offset. 245-45-17s BARELY fit under the wheel wells.

 

yeah i'm pretty positive they are nines.... i think the way they are they won't go on obviously... is there anything that can be done to the wheel wells to clear though?

 

I say do it, if they fit then you are the first to do it and they will look absolutely SICK!!! if not, I am SURE you can put them on the S14 or sale them to a 4th genner or another 240 member.
