hey guys, i havent been on here since i totalled my max back in 9/03. but anyways i was wondering if the guy that was doing the custom turbo and skyline bk is finished or if theres any pics. i would jus like to see how it is doing now. if i remember right DA-MAX is this guys friend, sorry i cant remember his name for nothing.

 

Max O/D? if i remember correctly he's still not finished yet but i've not heard any updates in a while.

 

If it's been that long, youve probably missed the two VE turbos that have been completed recently.

Here's a link to a pick of a Skyline Tail conversion. Is that what you ment by skyline bk. Anyways, it is of a Max out of the U.K. That explains the different bumper. It is an install of the R33 tails and the garnish (plastic panel between lights). I don't have the link to the guy's page who did it anymore or else I'd give him props. If anyone knows the original link let me know.

it looks as if people stopped talkin bout turboin the VE and actually started doin it.
if only i hadnt rear ended that lady, i'd prolly be workin on my own project but theres nothin i can do bout it now.
oh and FUGI43 i know who youre talkin bout an no thats not the same guy, it is MAX O/D, but thanks anyways tho.
MAX O/D webpage says that he hopes to be finished this month, i hope to see somethin soon

 

at this point I have no idea when the body work will be done...we kinda got sidetracked with his 240 and are in the process of an SR20DET swap next week. the Maxima is still around but sitting in the shop we aim for the spring hopefully, but I really have no clue since neither of us are in control of the body work

 

oh i see. well that sucks, i've been lookin forward to seein his car all finished up since i first heard about it. but you know, great things take time, so its all good.
