What Is This On The AAC ??

There is a lil black cap on the AAC that has a screw underneath. What does it do and how bad can you mess up the car if you mess with it. Someone told me that is adds horsepower if you turn the screw the right way but I think it helps more on an air/fuel mixture thing and with the Rpms. I dunno exactly what it's for and how bad is it to mess with ?? My cousin tried it on his car this morning but it seem like it gained more horsepower but it burned through a sh*tload of gas !! Any help would be appreciated

It is used to adjust your idle rpm. It is not a magic horsepower screw.

Ah, the magic horsepower screw. Is it only on VG's or do VE's have them as well?
