Look and Performace

I own a 93 Maxima SE. I am looking into adding as many performance products that I can but I'm having trouble finding them. I would like to know where I can find the most performance upgrade. I am also looking for the BMW E36 headlight conversioin or the 6000k HID conversion kits. I just can't seem to find anything on the internet for my car. I do know about Cattman Performance, Place Racing, and Jim Wolf. I already ordered a CAI thru Place Racing. Please help me find everything else that there os for my car. Especially a. upper strut tower bar for the VE (I think) engine.

Oh yeah and about the CF bezel I dont really wanna try and get it off plus i have someone interested in the whole cluster so I'll probably just sell it like that. That brings me to another question...can I take out my odometer and keep it?

You COULD take the odometer out, but it's probably gonna be a bit of a hassle. Hit Shawn (MrGone) up, cuz he's an authority on that!

when it comes to the E36 headlights, I been looking in the forum and noticed that I need to but the E36 headlights (euro) and do the angel eyes myself. I also need to modify the mounts so it fits right?

The strut tower brace for a 5th gen fits on the VE and can be found on ebay for under $30. There is also a company called OTTO that makes them with less clearance issues. The ebay one rubs on the foam surrounding one of the A/C lines. I have one on my car and it really isn't a problem, though.

If you really want a performance upgrade, I would recommend a new y-pipe. Warpspeed has about the best one for the money. I think it's one of the best mods you can do for the money, since the stock y-pipe is probably the most restrictive part of the exhaust.

Sweet! Another NW guy, we're taking over the board. buwahahhahaha

Odometer- you can unplug it, just a simply harness. (or you can swap in a lower mileage one hehehe. No I did not do this, I just know how to). (thanks Nupey )

FSTB- I have the Otto, highly recommend in the sense that you do not have to worry about the AC line, cut the bracket, or worry about it clearing the Intake Manifold.

Also yep, you have the VE
Another thing, check out www.nwmaxima.com we are having a meet on sunday.

edit: err, on the speedo/odometer thing, yes I did do this, but all of the cars that I have worked on are running their origonal odometer now, and it was just for testing purposes.

I'M TELLING!! I don't know who, but I'm gonna tell someone *calls MrGone's house and talks to his mom* The reason I ask about the odometer is b/c I'm selling my gauge cluster and want to keep my odometer. Btw, are you still wanting that rear radius arm and mount?? I haven't heard anything from you so I dont wanna take it off if you aren't gonna get it. Did you mow the yard yet? lol well lemme know whats goin on.

I found this link on the VE. It doesn't look like it's finished but it has some info you could use. The "Go Faster" page is the only one finished.
