Vaccuum lines?

I've had this problem since I got my injectors changed.. sitting at stop lights my idle starts bouncing around a little, once in while it sounds like it's coughing and dies. The exhaust is very -pungesnt, and I'm at a loss for power.
The best advice I've gotten so far from someone on the board (think it was matt), and a mechanic I know was that it's probably a vaccuum hose.
Right?

Then, to check for bad hose, spray all over with spray bottle filled with soap and water, and it'll bubble where there is a leak. Sounds good. I knwo where a few vaccuum hose are on the top of the engine, but are all of them fairly easy to get to, so that If I spray all the hoses I can find from the top of the engine, get them all?

In anyone's opinion, does spraying all the hoses sound like a good idea?

A Vaccum hose will NEVER bubble.
You'd be better off trying carb cleaner or propane
