Less gas mileage with Y-pipe?

I put my warpspeed y pipe on about a year ago and have been impressed. It seems to me though my mileage per tank has dropped probably 50 miles.
I use to be able to get 400-450 to a tank. Now I'm somewhere around 350-400 depending on city / highway. I can't remember if this happened right after I put the pipe on or at another time so I was wondering if anyone else noticed a considerable drop in mileage when they installed their y-pipe.

It could be if you give it more gas to see what the y-pipe can do. I know I would if I had one.

Cripes! 4000-450 per tank?! I have a new 02 sensor, Y, I and E and I can only manage about 320 or so with my commute to work.

When I drive this car back from SanFran, THEN I was sportin' about 450+ from about 15 gallons

I have 268 miles on my current tank, put in $20 at $1.79 a gallon 87octane. A good portion of the driving was WOT too, I was very surprised to see I had 268, I thought I would only be at 175ish. I think the Fidanza helps out a ton!

You were blessed to get 450 miles per tank, on primium fuel I am lucky to get 325 on a road trip. I would love to get that kind of mileage.

Jeff92SE I thought one time you said you got like 32 mpg last time a discussion came up like this? Got any secret's to your mileage?

As for mileage I did one time make 500 miles on one tank, right down to the last drop. Haven't ever been able to get that much ever again. Maybe if I took a trip to LA... some miles might open things up a bit.

I think I'm getting around 350 on 16 gallons. It seems the reserve below the line is around 2+. I'd almost swear that the needle go's lower faster then it used to. This leaves more in the tank then I would normally think for that position on the gauge.

lol, I think it would have to be a long trip for Jeffy to get good mileage . If you look at his previous post, he said 450miles for about 15 gallons, thats about 30mpg. I'm sure it all depends though. I want to see if he notices an improvement with the Fidanza though, I could never ever get the mileage I'm getting in my old auto.
