Well, my brakes went out yesterday and I found out that the 'hydraulic control unit' is leaking. They want $1500 to replace it ($1100 parts, $400 labor) I just put $1200 into tires, rims, CAI, ball joints, stereo, etc. Does anybody have an idea where I could get one of these for cheap (or at least cheaper)? Or if I can bypass it - they said it is for ABS and I pulled the fuse on the ABS when I bought the car last year (computer was bad).
