2000 se stock 17 inch 6 spokes on a 3rd generation

I'm looking at these wheels to put on my 92 se. Does anyone have pics of this? Could I also run with these without doing any suspension mods? The car currently has the 15 stock rims on Pirellis. Also, would I see a noticeable difference in handling making this change? Thanks all.

ditto - they are too big for the 3rd gen - go for some 97-99 SE rims (5-spoke ones) they suite the car better, and yes the 2000 will bolt on without problems.

i jut meant the spokes are too fat and with stock tires it looks way too big, especially if it is lowered. but put some low profile 17's on it and it may look ok. without a body kit the 97-99 se wheels look much better than the 17's though. keep in mind that a set of 17's will run you at least a grand unless you are planning on "borrowing" them. better off just getting a nice set of aftermarket wheels

true that - a lowered max, with a stillen body kit will make a big difference.

I know the user "derrick" has 2002 17" SE rims on his max, which are pretty similar. I think they look pretty good. I was thinking of getting 2000-2001 SE rims before I stumbled upon my 18's.

I have them on my 92 se, they fit fine. Sorry I don't have a pic. They had the original stock bridgestones, 225/50-17 when I got them. Just barely clear the rear strut inside. No spacers or anything. I have since done the eibach/tokico swap, along with some Continental extreme contacts, 215/50-17. The car looks and handles great. Got rid of the WRC look. I think these wheels look better on our leaner cars than the chubby y2k's. Easy to clean too. Not sure they are the lightest, but the price was right.

Yes I do have the six spokes on my 90' maxima. They look good and big. I would send a pict as soon as I get my winter tires off.
