there was a recall for a different air filter in 1990 for 1990 maximas, I own a 1990 and am trying to find out if it was done to my car I am haveint the idling problem that the recall speaks of.

2nd problem is an intermitten one, my shifter is not unlocking intermittenly, what I mean is when I step on the brake I do not hear the relay releasing the shifter so I can put the car into gear either forqard or reverse, it happens when it is damp out or extreme cold. My car is a 1990 maxima automatic GXE

and does any one know how to get dings ot of a windshield?

they are generally called bullseyes. and most retail parts stores sell an epoxy to fill them. but once they start spreading there is no hope in repairing it.
