Quick Question

What part # or name should i look under for the trim piece on the outside of the passenger door below the window...that seals the glass from the door...and prevents water from running down the glass and into the door? My window was broken and they decided to cut off the rubber seal part too. Also the window on that door moves very slowly when putting it up...what should i replace to fix taht?
